The traditional evening clutch has always been a signifier of wealth and status and became an essential accessory for wealthy socialites and Hollywood starlets when premiere jewellry designers began to produce gem encrusted purses.  Clutches are glamorous, designed to draw the eye.  This  8 x 5 x 1 inch sophisticated clutch may be the magic talisman to transform you from stressed out working woman to carefree socialite.   This evening clutch purse is construct of Lamé fabric and a dark beige polyester lining.  Original tags indicate it was made in the U.S.A..  The purse has a 4" wide opening, a sturdy snap closure and an 11" brass chain handle.
