Standard Shipping Policies

Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.

Please note:  Bedgeburry Park is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions, parcel volume, or export procedures. 

Free standard shipping is applied after discounts and/or promotion code offers.  Offer valid only at bedgeburrypark.com website and excludes purchases made in store.  Additional fees apply for express or next-day shipping.  Applies to Canadian delivery addresses only.  We reserve the right to amend the free shipping threshold on purchases made with other tenders at anytime, without notice. 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your carrier selected at checkout time with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Standard Shipping 1-30 Business days, depending on destination, when order is placed by 1pm EST

Express Shipping 1-4 Business days when order is placed by 1pm EST

Next Day Shipping 0- 1 business day when order is placed by 1pm EST

 

International Shipping

At the moment Bedgeburry Park ships some products to 25 countries around the world.  Where we do offer International shipping we happily ship to several places around the world including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain (United Kingdom), Greece, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.  The countries to which we are unable to ship a specific product is noted on each individual product page. 

Please be sure to find out whether or not your country may charge additional customs/duties fees to your order.  United Kingdom and Germany, we're looking at you! You guys have steep VAT/import fees and we're currently seeing these imposed on about half of all shipments!

Please note that if any customs/duties fees requested by your country are not paid by you and your order is returned to us, a 20 percent restocking fee will be applied to your order before a refund is issued. If you would like us to re-package/re-ship your order, we're very happy to, however additional shipping charges will apply

Additional restrictions on international shipments may apply. Most orders are delivered within 1-4 weeks. Some orders may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.

For your protection, all orders are screened for security purposes. If your order is selected for review, our Loss Prevention Team may contact you by phone or email. There may be a two business day delay to process your order.

"Can you mark my package as a 'Gift' or list a lower total on my customs form so that I don't have to pay customs/duties fees?"

No. Unfortunately, this practice is unlawful and we're committed to keeping our business compliant in all arenas, including with international shipping requirements.  This way we can ensure that your package reaches you safe and sound -- following this requirement is actually one of the reasons it's so rare that we ever have issues with international delivery! Please don't email us requesting this, because the answer will always be the same.

 

"Help! I haven't received my order!"

Fear not! Only a handful of shipped products have ever truly gone missing. Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed in your fulfillment email, please contact us at sales@bedgeburrypark.com and we'll be very happy to help track this down. Either way we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible and we'll absolutely never leave a gal or guy hanging!

Future Changes And Amendments To Our Policy

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time and from time to time.  We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to become apprised of any changes.

We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make any change to the Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page and they will become effective immediately upon posting.
