Who qualifies for a group discount?

Any group that meets the minimum-order size requirement may purchase group tickets. A group can be a formal group (business, association, Girl Guides, Scouts), or< an informal group of friends, family or neighbours.

How many people do we need in our group to qualify for the group discount?

Group size is expected to be made up of a minimum of 15 individuals in order to qualify for group rates.

Can everyone in my group pay separately?

No. You must provide us with one bulk payment for all of the products ordered and purchased for your group.

Can our group purchase additional products after we have already paid for an order?

Yes, as long as the products are still available. We will try to fulfil your additional order as close as possible to your original order.

How will our order be received?

Orders are shipped according to our domestic and international shipping policies. However, additional time may be needed for your order to clear international customs, if an international order is placed, and there may be additional time required to properly package and ship your order in one installment.

Can I get a refund for or exchange products that we have purchased as a group?

Unfortunately, due to the nature and logistics of packaging and shipping a large order refunds are not available for products purchased via a group order. However, Bedgeburry Park will honour our commitment to exchange any products that are damaged during transit or that fail that would be covered by our Guarantee and Warranties policy.

Can I use group purchases as a fundraiser?

Yes. However, there are some products that are excluded from this opportunity. Please call our office for full specific details at 289-273-6590.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we receive your order and payment you can expect fulfillment in 4-5 business days.

How are the Gift Cards shipped?

Gift Cards are shipped in bulk to one address free of charge. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or foreign addresses. Your order for gift cards must go directly to a physical street address where an authorized person can legally sign for the shipment.

Can I customize a Gift Card?

Customization for corporate incentive gift cards is available upon request, additional charges may apply.

Are refunds or exchanges possible?

There are no refunds or exchanges on Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced. Damaged Cards may be replaced with proof of purchase.

How many Gift Cards can my company order at one time?

To qualify for the corporate incentive gift card benefits you must purchase a minimum of 12 gift cards bearing a minimum value of $10.00 per gift card. Otherwise, you may order as many as you need - dozens, hundreds, or even thousands. For optimum convenience, order by phone or e-mail, and your order will be delivered to you at no charge.

Is there a discount on bulk purchases?

We offer a 1 percent discount on volume Gift Card purchases starting at $10,000 and a 2 percent discount at the $25,000 Gift Card purchase level. Please enquire for full details.
